Cross Reference Manager (XRefMgr)

When you build a new laboratory interface, you must determine for each lab result code which EMR observation id (flowsheet row) it maps to. In many cases this cross reference file will be provided by the lab. If you have more than one laboratory, you can use the Cross Reference Editor to be sure the two labs are sending their results to the same flow sheet rows.

Cross Reference Editor also allows you to run through all your lab HL7 files to find result codes that are not mapped. The doctor cross reference files can be checked as well. This program makes managing your cross reference files easy, fast and accurate!
