Release of Information

The Release of Information application is used to export patient data when invoked. This program will open the Centricity EMR database and export a series of RTF files representing the data for a single patient. Data exported includes: Patient demographics including insurance information, provider and location of care, all chart comments, problems, meds and allergies.
