Bring your patients’ problems, selected procedures and immunizations from your old PM system (either Centricity or that of another manufacturer) to Centricity EMR. Your practice management system has diagnoses that we can use to build a problem list in EMR. The first time the provider sees a patient using EMR, a simple sign-off of this problem list will make it a permanent part of the patient's EMR chart.

There are many cases where procedure codes in your billing system contain relevant clinical data. Examples include cardiac stress tests, pediatric immunizations, prostate checks, and others. What charge codes do you have that you would want a history of in your new system?
