NotesLoader

Load your notes into Centricity with ease. NotesLoader reads your transcription files and extracts patient information. We can build NotesLink files with this patient information ready to load into Centricity EMR.

NotesLoader can also be used with historic chart notes, either from another EMR, a transcription archive system, or from MS-Word or WordPerfect files.

The main NotesLoader screen allows your medical records staff to create HL7 files from MS Word, RTF or text documents. The automatic processing options will take all the files in the NotesLoader in-box, extracting key pieces of data. It then verifies that the patient exists in the EMR database and writes the file to the LinkLogic in-box. Some files cannot be verified; because the patient is not recognized, the date of service, or the doctor is not found. These files are moved to a manual indexing queue where your medical records specialist will match the document and send it to LinkLogic to be imported.
